Our Practice & Clinic Culture

Our therapists at R. Jason Kent Physical Therapy are licensed professionals that work with individuals who have congenital impairments, sustained injuries or have limitations in their overall physical strength and functional mobility. These disablements are often the result of a sports injury, auto injury, the process of aging, disease, disorder or pathological processes, just to name a few. We evaluate the patient’s strength, balance, range of motion, coordination, activity tolerance and posture to develop an individualized treatment plan with attainable goals.

What makes us different from other PT clinics?

The Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants at R. Jason Kent PT frequently incorporate manual therapy into their treatment approach. Manual therapy is utilizing skilled, hands-on techniques, including but not limited to manipulation/mobilization, used by the physical therapist to diagnose and treat soft tissue and joints. This is combined with therapeutic exercise and modalities, such as moist heat, cold, electrical stimulation, ultrasound and iontophoresis. This combination of treatment techniques allows our clinicians to effectively reduce pain, increase range of motion, decrease myofascial restrictions to improve muscle length, decrease swelling or inflammation, assist the body in muscle or soft tissue repair, extensibility and/or stability, and facilitate movement to improve overall functional mobility.

Our team is here to help you return to a life that is not limited by pain and impaired mobility, and to get you as close to your prior level of function as possible! Let us help you get back to living your best life!
