Physical Therapist: Full-time or Part-time Position
Macon and Warner Robins, Georgia
The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, designing a patient plan of care, treatment implementation, documentation notes & charges and discharging the patient. The physical therapist must be willing to use manual therapy techniques, when applicable, along with using your own knowledge, skills and training in the patient plan of care. Each PT will oversee a PTA and tech as well as verify and confirm the PTA’s notes and charges. The Physical Therapist must have an understanding of common orthopedic conditions. R. Jason Kent Physical Therapy encourages therapists to pursue continuing education and training.
EDUCATION – Graduate of an accredited college of Physical Therapy
LICENSURE – Must be licensed in Georgia or licensure in process
EXPERIENCE – One year or more preferred, however new grads are encouraged to apply
SKILLS – CPR Certified, Computer Skills, Pleasant Personality, Willing Attitude and Team Player

There are so many things to do in the area! Ski at Lake Tobesofkee, hike in High Falls, shop at River Crossing, kayak in the Ocmulgee, make new friends at the downtown First Friday monthly event or spend a day with your family in Amerson River Park. Great public schools! More house for less money! Lots of shopping and restaurants. Everything is within a 15-minute drive. Although Warner Robins is located in the south, we have a diverse culture due to our military base (Robins Air Force Base) bringing in people from all over the world. People choose to retire here, it’s a great place to raise a family. Live in a neighborhood in the city of Warner Robins, choose to live in the country in Perry just 10 minutes down the road, or live in Macon with bigger city life and commute just 20 minutes. 2016 Miss America, Betty Cantrell is from Warner Robins! UGA’s quarterback, Jake Fromm grew up in Warner Robins. Our little league made it to the World Series in 2011.
