Founded in 2006, RJKPT helps patients move from injury and pain toward recovery and restored function. Our owner is a highly credentialed Physical Therapist who remains actively involved in both clinic locations and has earned advanced board certification in orthopedic manual therapy—a rigorous, multiyear specialization achieved by only a select percentage of clinicians.

Our Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants have more than 90 years of combined hands-on experience and are proud to mentor those entering the profession. At RJKPT, we value character, compassion, integrity, a strong work ethic, and teamwork.

Positions at RJKPT

Physical Therapy Technician positions are often filled by students preparing to apply to physical therapy school. These positions provide valuable clinical work experience and exposure to patient care.

We also offer unpaid shadowing opportunities for students interested in physical therapy. Students may observe our licensed Physical Therapists to learn more about the profession and clinical patient care. Shadowing opportunities are subject to availability.

Physical Therapist Opportunities

Because RJKPT continues to grow, we generally interview year-round for full-time licensed Physical Therapists at our Macon and Warner Robins, Georgia locations.

We seek motivated and compassionate Physical Therapists who want to make a positive difference in their patients’ lives. Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating patients and developing individualized plans of care
• Providing treatment, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
• Completing accurate documentation and charges that have medical necessity
• Discharging patients when appropriate
• Overseeing a Physical Therapist Assistant and reviewing the PTA’s documentation and charges

We treat patients of all ages with a wide range of conditions. Candidates should have a strong understanding of common orthopedic conditions, medical necessity, and proper documentation. Additional training in manual therapy will be provided when needed.

Physical Therapist Qualifications

• Education: Doctorate or master’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Licensure: Licensed in Georgia or currently obtaining Georgia licensure
• Experience: One or more years preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered and trained
